Build and fly in 3D
Choose a capsule, tank size, engine and fuel blend. Fly with gravity, fuel and three-dimensional steering. Orbit the camera, switch to chase or top views, and watch launch smoke and exhaust.
The playable game is growing one working update at a time. Here’s what you can try now, and what’s being worked on next.
Choose a capsule, tank size, engine and fuel blend. Fly with gravity, fuel and three-dimensional steering. Orbit the camera, switch to chase or top views, and watch launch smoke and exhaust.
Quasar and Hyperion engines, Fusion and Hyperfuel arcade blends, and up to three stages. Separate spent stages to shed weight and ignite the next engine.
Race to 100 km in Space sprint, climb to 1,000 km in Skybreaker, or land precisely in Lunar ace. Points and personal bests are saved only in your browser. There’s no online leaderboard yet.
Reach space and take an arcade transfer to a fueled lunar lander. Control your descent and touch down gently. Launch, engine, staging and landing sounds are available with a sound toggle and volume control; sound starts off. Captain Noodle adds silly astronaut reactions, successful missions get a confetti pop, and fuel below 20% triggers a gentle warning with an optional spooky beep.
Create a room for up to 8 pilots, share its code, and race Space sprint or Skybreaker with a shared countdown, live progress and server-synced results. Every pilot uses the same rocket. Names are generated, there is no chat, and rooms expire after 1 hour. Everyone needs access to this site. These are casual races with browser-simulated flight.
A custom domain is being explored. The current game continues to work at its existing address. Domain setup and wider sharing still need to be completed.
Rocket Lab uses simplified arcade physics. It is not a real-world rocket simulator. Visual performance can vary by device; a 2D fallback is available when WebGL is unavailable.
